WAH!
I'm Yui, consider me your favourite neighbourhood necromancer nehehehe~ I'm an ex-Art Major turned freelance artist and indie ENVtuber from Australia! It's nice to meet you <3I mostly stream Just Chatting, Art Streams (commissions, fan art), Games, and whatever other scuffed streams I manage to come up with.
I try to interact with chat as much as possible, and will likely talk about whatever games, artists and media interest me at the time.I stream a few days a week with a day or two off! By commissioning me you agree to the following terms.
These may update occasionally so it is recommended to check before submitting a form.

BEFORE COMMISSIONING
General Information
Please be respectful throughout the process. In the case of hostility, discomfort or unresponsiveness, I reserve the right to decline further or future work with the client.
When filling out an order, please include as much detail as possible. I will likely ask questions regarding artwork details during the process, however, I will not inquire for basic information regarding the order.
If you do not read or abide by my Terms Of Service, you will be Blacklisted from commissioning me again.
Prices may increase with the complexity of the commission - you will be informed if this is the case prior. Current prices are listed for non-commercial use unless stated otherwise.
Will do:

Payment and Refund Policy.
Payment
All prices are listed in USD and do not include commercial usage unless stated otherwise. Payment shall be conducted through Paypal only.
The artwork in question will not be started until the 50% downpayment is received. If payment is not received in the states or reasonable timeline, the commission will be shelved.
Prices are subject to change so it is recommended that you check in with the pricing before submitting your form. The prices listed at the time of your form submission are the prices that apply to your order. The previous date on which the website is changed will always be listed at the bottom of the page.
When the commission order is confirmed, I will send you the invoice via Paypal.
Refunds
Refunds will only be processed if your commission has not been started 3 months after ordering. In the case progress has been made, a % will be returned with equivalence to progress thus far in the sketch stage.
Once the final rendering has been started after approval by the client, the commission can not be refunded.
I allow for a maximum of 2 minor revisions, after this limit is reached additional revisions will result in a fee. In this case, you will be informed of the revision cost prior to its incorporation.

Commercial Use and Licensing
Personal Usage
You may use the artwork for personal usage such as profile pictures.
You must credit me as the artist on related platforms and social media accounts. You are in no way allowed to claim ownership or authorship of the artwork in question.
The tracing, editing or redistribution of the commissioned artwork or model is prohibited.
If you wish to upgrade the artwork type to commercial at a later date, this can be arranged.
Commercial Usage
Regular pricing for Personal Use (Profile Pictures, Wallpapers)
1.5x the price for Promotional/Streaming Material, Banners, etc.
2x the price for Merchandising (including print distribution)
The commissioned artwork/model is to only be used within the agreed upon terms and usage type.
You may use the artwork for personal usages such as banners and profile pictures.
You must credit me as the artist on related platforms and social media accounts. You are in no way allowed to claim ownership or authorship of the artwork in question.
The tracing, editing or redistribution of the commissioned artwork or model is prohibited.

Artist Rights
In the case that the commissioned art is fanart of a character/series, then I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online unless the artwork has a planned release within a specific timeframe (eg; vtuber debuts, celebration/event artworks).
I reserve the right to display commissioned artwork as examples on my website/platforms for future commissions or as an art showcase.

If commissions are currently closed, you can request to be put on a waiting list.
Waiting list openings will be announced via twitter upon a commission batches finalisation.
